5. Event Organizer Responsibilities

• Comply with your organization's policies and procedures

6. Intellectual Property

The Ministry Signup service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Ministry Signup and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without permission.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create on Ministry Signup (event information, signup data). By using the service, you grant us a license to:

• Store and display your content as necessary to provide the service
• Send emails on your behalf for invitations and notifications
• Make automated backups of your data

8. Service Availability

Ministry Signup is provided "as is" without warranties. We strive for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

Ministry Signup and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (if any).
